WOW!!! Today is BEAUTIFUL!!!

I am sooo ready for spring! Today is an unbelievable day! Speaking of unbelievable.....The East Campus is rockin'!! The carpet is done in the Kid's areas and the painting is done there also. The stage is built and looking sharp, painting in the North Building is coming along and we will soon be ready for carpet in there also! What great progress in just a few short weeks. It hard to believe that our first worship experience is 15 days away. We have work to do to get things looking sharp! I appreciate all of you and all you have done to help us prepare things at the new campus. I am excited to see what God has in store and to continue to pursue our vision of seeing our city transformed, one life at a time. I am honored to partner with you and to be a part of what God is doing and going to do at Journey on the East Campus.

I'll be the first to reply to your blog! People will read, but not always answer, so don't get discouraged on the lack of response. We enjoyed the special night of prayer at the Sunday evening East Campus gathering. That along with Todd's morning message on the North Campus, made for a great day of spiritual reflection.
We have all enjoyed the East Campus process of getting to know each other, and especially having the opportunity of praying with, and for you and Mary!!

Hi Jay! Aaron and I are super excited about the new CLOSER location...closer to our house! I am excited about getting to volunteer more now that it is not such a drive. The logistics problem is solved! We just never knew what to do with kids that needed lunch and naps. I really excited! We will see you Wednesday for our first time to help!!!
